Ali Lohan Plastic Surgery : Striking change is in the nose and chin

ALI Lohan, Lindsay Lohan's younger Sister, buffeted by rumors of plastic surgery after playing with a more pointed face and fuller lips recently.

But, his sister came in trouble often defended the 17-year-old model. "He never undergone plastic surgery," said Lindsay was quoted as saying aceshowbiz.com site.

Ali ruled the agency model also confirmed the statement.

"Contrary to recent news, I can confirm that Aliana Lohan did not undergo any surgery. As a young woman in its infancy, it is only natural features of his face changed a bit, and we saw it happen to other young models , "said the director of Next Models Agency Alexis Borges.

"Aliana is 17 years old girl with a beautiful face and body that is growing, as is happening in someone his age. We take care of our models very seriously and encourage them to maintain a healthy lifestyle and body shape," said Borges.

However, Dr. Jon Turk, a surgeon in New York, has a different opinion. "The most striking change is in the nose and chin. It seems that she had undergone rhinoplasty and chin implant, thus giving a narrower nose and jaw strong and definite."

"There is also evidence cheek augmentation, using either an implant or filler. Her eyebrows have been raised, either by way of surgery like any botox," said Turk.

Purchase Structured Settlements

If you’ve ever thought about investing in structured settlements, this guide to how to purchase structured settlements will educate you on what you need to know.

Introduction

There are many legal requirements and restrictions that affect who can buy structured settlements, so if you are interested in purchasing a structured settlement, you will want to work with a company who matches structured settlements with investors.

What are Structured Settlements?

When law suits are settled, damages may be awarded in a lump sum, or a series of payments. A settlement which is awarded in a series of payments over time is called a structured settlement. Structured settlements are generally created by using a third party intermediary to provide the financing.

Benefits of a Structured Settlement

One significant advantage of a structured settlement is tax avoidance. With appropriate set-up, a structured settlement may significantly reduce the plaintiff’s tax obligations as a result of the settlement, and may in some cases be tax-free.
A structured settlement can protect a plaintiff from having settlement funds dissipated, when they are necessary to pay for future care or needs. Sometimes a structured settlement can help protect a plaintiff from himself – some people simply aren’t good with money, or can’t say no to relatives who want to “share the wealth”, and even a large settlement can be rapidly exhausted. Minors may benefit from a structured settlement as well, such as a settlement which provides for certain costs during their youth, an additional disbursement to pay for college or other educational expenses, and then one or more disbursements in adulthood. An injured person who has long-term special needs may benefit from having periodic lump sums with which to purchase medical equipment or modified vehicles.

In some situations, it will be better for a severely disabled plaintiff to set up a special needs trust, rather than entering into a lump sum or structured settlement. Any plaintiff who is receiving, or expects to receive, Medicaid or other public assistance, or the guardian or conservator entering into a settlement on behalf of a disabled ward, should consult with a disabilities financial planner about their situation before choosing any particular settlement option or structure.

Potential Disadvantages of Structured Settlements

Some people who enter into structured settlements feel trapped by the periodic payments. They may wish to purchase a new home, or other expensive item, yet be unable to muster the resources because they can’t borrow against future payments under their settlement.

Some people will do better by accepting a lump sum settlement, and investing it themselves. Many standard investments will give a greater long-term return than the annuities used in structured settlements.

How to Purchase Structured Settlements

State and federal law may restrict the sale of structured settlements, and there are many legal complications that can arise. Since you’ll be exchanging cash for the right to receive future payments, you’ll want to make sure that you are protected.

    Work with an established broker.
Look for a structured settlement financing company who is a member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association who also places settlements with private investors.
Get multiple quotes to ensure you get the best deal.
Retain an attorney to review the agreement to ensure your interests are protected.

Selling a Structured Settlement

If you have a structured settlement, you may have been approached by a company interested in purchasing your settlement, or may be curious about selling your settlement in return for a lump sum buyout. About two thirds of states have enacted laws which restict the sale of structured settlements, and tax-free structured settlements are also subject to federal restrictions on their sale to a third party. Also, some insurance companies will not assign or transfer annuities to third parties, to discourage the sale of structured settlements. As a consequence, depending upon where you live and the terms of your annuities, it may not be possible for you to sell your settlement.

Keep in mind that companies which buy structured settlements intend to profit from their purchase, and sometimes their offers may seem quite low. You may benefit from approaching more than one company in relation to the sale of your settlement, to make sure that you obtain the highest payoff. You also want to be sure that the company which wants to buy your settlement is established, well-funded, and reputable – you don’t want a fly-by-night outfit to obtain the rights to your annuities but to disappear or go bankrupt before paying you the buyout money. You may have to go to court to get a judge to approve the buyout. It is usually a good idea to consult with a lawyer before entering into an agreement to sell your settlement.

Let Look At A Structured Settlements Purchase

A structured settlements purchase can be sold in the majority of states in the U.S. In most instances, the process for a structured settlements purchase will be relatively risk free, however it never hurts to educate yourself in your own time about all that is involved in the process.

A structured settlements purchase can take place over a period of anywhere from 10 to 14 days, depending upon the company you are selling to and the insurance company that you are dealing with.

If you decide that you wish to sell in order to receive a lump sum payment then the documents for the structured settlements purchase must be forwarded to the buyer. The documents for the structured settlements purchase must clearly list the name of the insurance company on the agreement. The structured settlements purchase document must also clearly state what the settlement payment plan is.

As the talks regarding a structured settlements purchase begin, the prospective buyer would suggest a quote. With the help of your broker and attorney you can take a look at the structured settlements purchase quote and decide if it is in your best interests or not. The buyer will also provide you with a structured settlements purchase policy as well as a settlement agreement.

When it comes to a structured settlements purchase the both of you must come to an agreement together involving all of the issues that surround the settlement as well as the fees. Make sure you find out all there is to know about the structured settlements purchase before you move ahead with any and all negotiations.

The buyer of the structured settlements purchase can then fill in an application and send it to the court for approval. The court then must take the structured settlements purchase application and ensure that it is beneficial for both parties. In particular, the courts want to make sure that when it comes to a structured settlements purchase, that as the seller, you are protected as much as you can be.

As far as the structured settlements purchase is concerned, the company would do the processing and the fee for the transaction so the seller does not have to foot the bill for it. It is important to find out what the laws are regarding a structured settlements purchase. The laws are not the same for every state. In some states the process may be more complicated than others.

A structured settlements purchase is something that requires a great deal of research. Seek out counsel and be discriminating when it comes to searching for a buyer for your structured settlements purchase.

Natalina Maggio Photo Gallery

If you watch NBC’s Community this coming Thursday, you’ll see Natalina Maggio — she plays “hot girl.” It’s standard territory for Natalina, who is constantly popping up in movies and on TV as some species of desirable female. In Get Him to the Greek, she played “Hot Club Dancer.” In Couples Retreat, she was “Bikini Girl.” On the TV shows (in no particular order) Las Vegas, One on One, The King of Queens, Huff, Nip/Tuck, Roommates and Heroes, she has played (in no particular order) “Cheerleader,” “Hot Girl,” “Attractive Waitress,” “Beautiful Bar Girl,” “Bikini Girl,” “Venice Bikini Girl,” and “Persian Porn Star.” For The Social Network, the humongo David Fincher/Aaron Sorkin Facebook expose, in theaters today, Natalina was brought on board for the part of “Model.” Small parts in name-brand productions, constant affirmation that your characters are “hot” and “attractive” — life could be worse for Natalina. After Social Network, you’ll be able to catch her at the end of October on Fox’s Raising Hope, — she’ll be playing a city bus driver who has a short leg, a lazy eye and Tourette syndrome.
Just kidding — we’re pretty sure she’ll be playing a hot babe something-or-other. Until then, enjoy.
Current location: Manhattan Beach, California, and I’m originally from Orange County.
I think my best physical feature is: My long legs
Men say my best physical feature is: My boobs because I’m so small with these natural full C-cups.
Sexiest woman ever, and why: Audrey Hepburn. She was beautiful from the inside out. She genuinely cared about people and helped people. I also love Angelina Jolie for the same reasons!
My best trait is: My voice. It’s unique, and it catches people’s attention. They think it’s cute.
My worst habit is: I’m a clutter bug!
I wish more men would: Act like gentlemen
The key to my heart is: Be funny! If you can make me laugh ’til I wet my pants, you’re a winner.
Compliment me on: Something I wouldn’t expect. It’s more interesting.
Pet name for my boobs: Uh… boobs
What I love about my boobs: They’re mine — all me, all natural!
When it comes to my body, please do: Massage me. I love my back massaged and tickled. It makes me melt.
When it comes to my body, please do not: Grab without asking. You have to have permission. I’m in charge!
Most important rule of bedroom etiquette: Is there such a thing? The most exciting stuff is spontaneous and full of passion. Bedroom fun is all about being open to new things!
Physical feature I like to show off: My voice — that’s why I never stop talking.
The sexiest outfit I will wear in public: This really hot dress I have — it’s tight, short and boobalicious!
The sexiest thing I will wear in the bedroom: None of your business
A superficial thing I am attracted to: Tall, physically fit men
My favorite physical feature on a man: I like what makes a man a man, heh.
My favorite trait in a man: I like for him to be intelligent and hard-working.
A man will impress me if: He is funny. I love a man with a sense of humor.
A man will turn me on if: He babies me. I love to be babied — I guess I’m just a spoiled-rotten brat!
A man will disappoint me if: He cheats and lies.
The simplest thing you can do to make me happy is: Take me to sushi. I love sushi.
I will not even give you a second look if: You’re too self-absorbed. Icky!
A dumb thing men do when they first meet me: A guy recently gave me this pick-up line: “Did it hurt when you fell from heaven?” Not kidding.
Don’t you dare: Tell me what to do. I’m a stubborn one!
The best date I ever had was: One time I was on a date and the guy had to fart and tried to hide it from me by leaning against his car. It had the opposite effect — the car somehow amplified it! I will never forget that date — it was hysterical!
I am the ideal woman because: If the words, “I’m the ideal woman” ever leave my mouth, please shoot me!
I am not the ideal woman because: Where do I start…
I need a man who will: Put up with me and spoil me. I’m a lot to handle.
In my opinion, astrology is: Entertaining, but it can’t really tell you anything.
If you come to my house, don’t criticize: My closet. I leave clothes in heaps on the floor of my closet instead of hanging them up. I must have been a hobo in a previous life.
The last movie that made me laugh: Wedding Crashers — I watch that movie over and over.
The last movie that made me cry: Gladiator. I cry so hard at the end of that movie.
My philosophy of love: In order to have any meaning in your life, you have to have love!
My philosophy of sex: In order to be intimate, I have to be in love. (See also my philosophy of love.)
My philosophy of life: Live life outside the box!
I should be on the cover of Playboy because: If other people want to put me on the cover of a magazine, that’s for them to decide. But if they put me on the cover of Playboy, it’d be really cool!

Leslie Nielsen’s Nine Hottest Co-Stars

Leslie NielsenThis week we lost one of the greatest comedic actors of our generation. Relax, I’m not talking about Tyler Perry, he’s fine. I’m talking about Leslie Nielsen.
Leslie Nielsen was always hilarious no matter what role he was playing. He’s been a spy, a fugitive, a president, a police lieutenant and even a vampire; and throughout it all, the guy brought the funny…no matter how shitty the actual movie might have been. But, as it turns out, funny wasn’t the only constant in Leslie Nielsen’s projects.
Sit back, grab a nightcap (even if you don’t wear them), and enjoy the “Nielsen Nine,” Leslie Nielsen’s nine sexiest co-stars of all-time.

Alyssa Milano

Alyssa Milano

Long before his Naked Gun days, Leslie Nielsen was seducing TV’s horniest grandmother, Mona, as Max Muldoon on Who’s The Boss. His two episode stint was long before Alyssa Milano blossomed into the “smoke show” that she is today, and it’s nice to see that she got Tony Danza’s breasts. But the small screen was just too small for Nielsen (which is ironic, since the whole TV ratings system is named after him), so it was off to bigger boobs on the big screen.

Anna Nicole Smith
Anna Nicole SmithFormer Playmate of the Year Anna Nicole Smith was added to the third installment of the Naked Gun flicks, but it was her naked guns that really stole the show. Bigger than O.J.’s afro and bouncier than O.J.’s checkbook, Anna’s boobs were showcased in a red lacy bra, nurse costume, bikini and silhouette. They have been showcased in my mind ever since. Bullets weren’t the only things to be fired prematurely in this film.

Pamela Anderson and Jenny McCarthy
Pamela Anderson Jenny McCarthyThe formula for any successful movie should include a couple of Playmates, Leslie Nielsen and Charlie Sheen. Scary Movie 3 had all of the above. This time, Nielsen plays President Harris, but it’s Jenny and Pam who truly serve as Commander and Chief. It doesn’t hurt when half of the buttons on their shirts don’t work. Pam and Jenny, or “Pemmy” as I like to call them, are clearly in the starting five on the Nielsen Nine.

Kelly LeBrock
Kelly LeBrockSure, she may have peaked in the 80’s, but LeBrock has solidified herself as a sex symbol, and that status lasts much longer than Wrongfully Accused did in the theaters. But this spoof of The Fugitive delivered some classic lines like this exchange between Ryan Harrison (Nielsen) and Lauren Goodhue (LeBrock).
Ryan Harrison: Your dog sure has a surprised look on his face.
Lauren: That’s because you’re looking at his butt.
Ryan Harrison: Uh, then he’s certainly not going to enjoy that treat I just fed to him.

Jennifer Garner
Jennifer GarnerJennifer Garner put most of the goo in Mr. Magoo. Don’t feel bad if you didn’t see it either, but it may be worth checking out if you have a thing for Mrs. Affleck (or a pound of weed burning a hole in your pocket).
Nicollette Sheridan
Nicollette SheridanLong before she was a cougar, Nicollette Sheridan was Nielsen’s kitten is the incredibly underrated Spy Hard. Dick Steele: Agent WD-40 and Veronique Ukrinsky: Agent 3.14 compliment each other in this James Bond spoof that was actually less ridiculous than Quantum of Solice.

Carmen Electra
Carmen ElectraIt’s nice to know that where Jenny and Pam left off in Scary Movie 3, Carmen Electra picked right up in Scary Movie 4. Reprising his role as our President, Nielsen this time around gets to ogle Electra between takes. Both Nielsen and Electra have appeared on Playboy covers. Lucky for us, only one of them got fully naked on the inside.

Priscilla Presley
Priscilla Presley

If she’s good enough for “The King” then she’s got to be good enough to round out the Nielsen Nine. Priscilla Presley brought her sexy to all three Naked Gun movies; from having her beaver stuffed in part one to having an explosive orgasm in part two, to her lesbian experimentation in part three. Unlike the other famous Presley, Priscilla managed to keep off the weight. I hope her husband is taking good care of Lt. Frank Drebin at the big karaoke bar in the sky.

Dorothy Mays

When we were young, most kids our age hated Labor Day because it meant summer was over and it was time to go back to school. Your friends, however, looked forward to it, because your mom was a huge tennis fan. She didn’t just casually watch the U.S. Open, she got all dolled up in her flowing white finery (with matching sneakers) and analyzed the action intently for the entire two weeks of the tournament. Coincidentally, we spent a lot of time at your house during that time period, even though none of us gave a damn about tennis.

Jimmy Connors wasn’t the only one whose wife was totally smokin’. Your dad was a lucky man as well, because your mom was hot!

BIO
When Dorothy Mays was 19, she was all set to be married, but the bridegroom failed to show up at the altar. "I was too young," she says in retrospect, "but I was crazy about him." In our book, it's the guy who must have been crazy. Now, three years later, Dorothy's less eager to settle down. "At this point, I really don't have enough time to devote to a relationship. I'm basically a very romantic person. And if I found a guy I was really in love with, I'd want to do so much for him I wouldn't have time to get my business together." Dorothy, you see, is a talented hair stylist who wants to set up her own shop: "I hope to have enough money saved to open it by the time I'm 25 years old. I already know how the shop will be laid out. It'll have those old-style comfortable barber chairs, but there'll be a lot of mirrors. You know, a touch of the old, a touch of the new. Of course, I'll have a subscription to Playboy, so my customers will have something to read." We suspect, ..

Conflict! Controversy! Cleavage! Tehmeena Afzal

Some girls are just trouble on a stick, aren’t they? Some of the best ones, that is.

When we first featured Tehmeena Afzal,
we were dismayed by the venomous comments that showed up on our post.
Her parents are Muslims, born in Pakistan and brought together in an
arranged marriage, and though Tehmeena was born in Queens she says she
is Pakistani with a Muslim background. It’s a fair and factual statement
as far as we’re concerned. But wow — such nastiness in the comment
thread about her ethnicity and her relationship to Islam. In fact it’s a
little hard to follow the comments that were on the page because,
frankly, we do not feel obligated to keep hate speech on our site. There
was some really bad stuff there.

We like Tehmeena, and after getting a glimpse of the harassment she
has to endure over bikini pictures we only support her more. Don’t you
dare cover up, girl.

We received an e-mail from Tehmeena yesterday, all about a different
sort of controversy. This time she has posed for a magazine she says is a
fraud. The magazine is called Fannatic, and according to her the people behind it ripped her off. What’s the real story? Is there a magazine at all, or just a nice website?
We don’t really know — and frankly, that’s Tehmeena’s battle to fight,
not ours. We’re just happy to have a few new pictures of Tehmeena and
her giant bulging, er, hairdo. As she says:

They never paid the photographer so they in fact
breached their contract and I am able to present you with the pics from
the shoot!

Really? We’re no lawyers, but if Tehmeena says so we’ll take her at her word. (And remember, Fannatic — there is no such thing as bad publicity.)
